- Alterations are available for gowns purchased at Linde's. Alterations are an additional charge, and are by appointment only. All gowns must be paid in full prior to alterations being made.
- Dresses will only be ordered upon receipt of a 50% deposit. All balances must be paid within 30 days from the time your gown is received in store. Measurements will be taken at the time of deposit with sizes agreed upon at that time. Bear in mind that no dress is custom fitted, and will be ordered to the closest size on the manufacturer's size chart.
- Because of the nature of our business, all sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, credits or reimbursements of deposits or payments are made under any circumstances.
- Bridesmaids dresses will not be ordered until all of the bridesmaids have paid the minimum 50% deposit. If an order is changed, cancelled or payments are not made, then all deposits will be forfeited.
- Cancellation policy: All dresses must be paid in full and picked up by the original wear date or they will be forfeited. All dress balances are still due in full. In addition, Linde's retains the right to restock merchandise if not picked up by the wear date or when monthly payments are not made.
- When calling in measurements, Linde's recommends being measured by a reputable bridal salon. Linde's is not responsible for the measurement accuracy of others.
- Additional savings coupons and offers cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates.
